Introducing Cohort 5 - Welcome to the OnBoard Programme! 🎉

We’re thrilled to kick off the first session of our fifth OnBoard Cohort! 🥳 Can you believe we’ve reached Cohort 5 already? This milestone reflects the growing enthusiasm for board leadership and the impact that each participant brings to the programme.

The evening was all about setting expectations, getting to know one another, and laying the foundations for an exciting journey ahead. And, of course, no first session would be complete without a quiz on board basics! 🤓

We were also delighted to welcome OnBoard alumn Monique, who returned to share her perspective on making the most of the programme. She also reflected on her board journey since joining the charity Street Games - offering invaluable insights on what it’s really like to step into board leadership.
