Our Story

OnBoard was set up by Kenny Imafidon and Liz Mohr in 2021 to support talented individuals from background not traditionally found amongst board members.

We work with individuals from groups who are currently less likely to take on board roles but wish to do so and have a lot to offer.

The programme provides participants with workshops, mentorships, and a strong community of like-minded individuals.

It has two core objectives:

1

Building

competencies, confidence, and networks for its participants.

2

Broadening

the diversity of the backgrounds and experience on boards.

The programme has long term pursuits of better governance, increased representation, and a greater diversity of perspective for the benefit of wider society.
