About Us
On-board is a programme which aims to drive change and diversify boards.
Our participants are talented individuals who have faced multiple economic and/or social challenges and are in the first ten years of their careers.
Some already have experience of working on one or two boards, and others join the programme with no prior governance experience but hope to join a board in the next 6-18 months.
What we do
OnBoard provides a programme of support for participants which includes six workshops, a seminar series, practical and interpersonal skill development, and mentoring as well as networking and exposure to board opportunities. All for free!
